Taking Tool storage and organization to a new era

Slitzell Concepts started as simply an enthusiast who craved the best and was put off by the trend of making products generic, one size fits all marketing, and produced with only profit margin in mind. My goal was to make the best parts and push the envelope in the two stroke scooter/ micro kart hobby.

 Since a kid, have always had to learn how to fix things or undertake projects starting my tool collection. Recently, have developed an obsession for the premium side of hand tools and discovered some of the “made in japan“ tools

brands such as Ko-ken and nepros. Since then, have set out to find the best organizers for them, starting with the sockets.  Toolgrid ended up being my choice and has been a great system, but for some of the more premium sets I wanted something that wasnt plastic, or with stickers, or just super generic. When I couldn’t buy what I was looking for, i decided to make them. I wanted something lightweight but made from 6061 aluminu, i wanted to have square pegs to hold the indivual sockets and wanted them to

be number engraved and specialized to specific set’s especially with the Ko-Ken Z-Series(Z-EAL) line of tools.

I love ko-ken sockets, especially the Z series. The fit, tight tolerences, quality and compact sizes are second to none, but they skip the 9mm in every one of their z series sets, which left open slots on my generic organizers. And seeing a empty space just bothers my ocd at its core. These rails skip the 9mm size rand sockets will work, but to my knowledge ko-ken the only ones to exclude one size from all of their sets.
